“Manchuk” Human

Meet Manchuk.

This beautiful girl just celebrated her 7th birthday and today we join in her celebrations because she has just been declared in REMISSION.

In July 2020 Manchuk was diagnosed with an aggressive malignant cancer (lymphoblastic lymphoma) which carried a guarded prognosis at the time. However Manchuk’s mom wanted to give her every fighting chance and so opted to start chemotherapy. Manchuk responded beautifully to treatment and within the first few weeks was showing dramatic improvements. Its been a long road over the last year and a half but at every appointment Manchuk’s mom reported that she was doing well and she passed all her monitoring blood tests along the way with flying colours. Today she finished her last month of chemotherapy and her latest blood work shows a clean bill of health. We are so very proud to announce that she is officially in remission. Well done Manchuk!!
