We are able to microchip your pets at our practice – it’s a quick and easy procedure involving a simple injection and can be done at any age. The microchip itself is smaller than a rice kernel and completely inert (causing no reaction) under your pets skin. Microchips are highly recommended as it is a way to positively identify any lost pet brought into the practice and can often mean the pet goes home the same day they are lost rather than sitting at a shelter for days or weeks.
