It was always my dream to work with animals. I have been working at Waterkloof Animal Hospital, since qualifying as a vet nurse at Onderstepoort in 1984. It was a joy for me to come to work every day, but in March 2024 I decided it was time to retire from full time work. However, I still have the privilege of continuing to practice my passion for nursing by assisting the team on alternate weekends as a locum. My hobbies are singing in the Bach choir and reading.
